Accrington & Rossendale College
Funded by Mid Pennine Arts, Burnley, this residency culminated in the production of an eight by thirteen foot ceramic wall mural representing a celebration of the cultural diversity of Accrington and Rossendale College. Students from a number of courses worked with myself and tile maker Penny Hampson, employing innovative design and ceramic techniques.
This piece is now situated at the New Era Centre, Blackburn which was officially opened by HRH Princess Anne on Friday 9 March 2001.
